About Chef

Muhammad Hussein Chef

A leading figure in the Indian cuisine industry who has demonstrated his skills at many famous hotels and restaurants, and has also served as executive chef.
He came to Japan in 1982 as the executive chef of the Taj Indian Restaurant (Akasaka Mitsuke), which is affiliated with the Taj Mahal Hotel, and has taught and trained many top Indian chefs.
